“Absolutely fantastic. Landed Saturday night and stayed in a right dump. Sunday morning we went round the corner to this hotel. Girl on reception great and helped us check in there. Staff always smiling and chatty. Very clean. Food fantastic. Really can’t fault it 🙏👍👍👍🤣”

“This was my 2nd trip to this hotel and was very surprised and impressed with the improvements made in the 2 years since our 1st trip. From the reception area and seating areas to the addition to a cappuccino bar, sports bar and Pepe's snack bar near the pool area. The staff feel genuinely happy to see and assist you. Rooms were very clean and tidy no issues with air-conditioning unlike some hotels. The usual day entertainment provided with the team also providing evening entertainment. The Circus night was undoubtedly the best night of all. Now looking forward to when I can return.”

“I wouldn’t go back again. We shortened our stay. We had an argument with the reception during the check in due to some system issue. We didn’t like the facilities or service and tried to cancel our stay with an hour of check and they refused and forced us to stay for the night. The resort isn’t well maintained (paint chipping everywhere and people hanging clothes on balconies…etc). The service was absolutely sub-par; staff barely smiles and the drinks at the bars were very watery and low quality. The food was just average. The pool and access to the beach closes at 7PM. The night entertainment is non-existent. The beach area is full of stray dogs. I will not be returning. If you’re used to decent service and well maintained facilities and a friendly staff stay away.”

“Great hotel & wonderful staff. Enjoyed the specialty restaurants great food and service. Sports bar also great. Lunch time buffet options were good and waiters were fantastic. A small tip is appreciated but deserved. The lobby bar was excellent and staff again provided great service. The early evening piano, guitar or saxophone players at the bar were very good. Great holiday!”

“Clean and comfortable. Food is good enough that you don’t dread a buffet, but you don’t really get excited for it either. Poolside beds are taken early, and selfish guests are happy to leave their towels on them as ‘reserved’ all day while they do whatever they want. The hotel could stop this but doesn’t bother. Only ‘breakfast’ style tea on offer is Liptons. Which is a crime. Brits who tolerate it should be ashamed. Bring your own tea or kick up a fuss, people.”
