“We stayed at the hotel as a family with our two children, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The facilities were luxurious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The hotel's location is exceptional, offering breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. Every member of the staff was warm, kind, professional, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the excellent service at IST TOO Restaurant, where the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Cansu Büyük from Guest Relations. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. We are also very thankful to Mr. Alper Kutluata, the Duty Manager, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and a true gentleman. These two wonderful individuals represent the outstanding hospitality of the entire hotel team and made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. As a family traveling with two children, including a 1.5-year-old baby, we found that the hotel was not the most suitable choice for young families. While the hotel itself is beautiful and offers excellent service, it does not have an outdoor swimming pool, a kids' club, or dedicated children's facilities and activities. If you are traveling with very young children and are looking for a family-oriented resort, you may want to consider other options.”

“What a magnificent hotel. The staff was so accomodating and delightful. This was real luxury and to have a sushi meal and watch the boat traffic in Istanbul was a joy. “My husband and I stayed at Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul from May 22–25, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Each day, they checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better. That level of care and attention is truly rare and made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of delicious options. I especially loved the French toast and the omelettes they were easily some of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. One of my favorite features was the charming French-style balcony, which added so much character and elegance to the room. I was absolutely obsessed with it! Honestly, I could go on and on about this hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and everything felt luxurious yet warm and inviting. Our stay was perfect in every way, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a truly memorable hotel experience.”
