“We stayed here last week and had such a lovely experience. Although we had a few little hiccups at the beginning of our stay, the team dealt with everything straight away. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and from that point onwards, everything was absolutely perfect. The level of service was exceptional. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel looked after throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay.”

“We have just returned from an amazing stay and I can honestly say this is one of the best resorts we’ve been to. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and very family friendly. We are so pleased we chose to stay here. We booked a swim-up room along with a deluxe room for the children and the hotel kindly allocated the deluxe room directly above our swim-up room in the same block. It meant we were all close together, which worked perfectly for our family. One of the biggest highlights was the dining. We loved that we could book an a la carte restaurant every evening of our stay, which made the holiday feel extra special. At other resorts we’ve visited, you’re usually limited to just one or two bookings. I managed to reserve a different restaurant every night and we really enjoyed the different cuisines. The buffet lunch was also very good, with plenty of choice for everyone. The pools were fantastic and both the adult and children’s entertainment programmes were enjoyable. There was always something going on without it feeling too busy. The resort has so many thoughtful touches. Having a machine that exchanges bank notes into Egyptian pounds on site was incredibly convenient. There is also a pharmacy and a doctor at the resort, which gives extra peace of mind if you ever need them. The shuttle bus around the resort was another great feature. With 11 bus stops, it made getting around really easy. On the evenings when we returned after the bus service had finished, the staff were always happy to take us back to our room in a buggy, which we really appreciated. Every single member of staff was wonderful. From reception, the restaurant and bar staff, to housekeeping, the spa team and everyone else we met, the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The spa deserves a special mention too. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend using the resort spa rather than travelling elsewhere. The beach was right next to our room and is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We genuinely loved everything about this resort and were so sad to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday.”

“We really enjoyed our experience at the resort, I just want to start with the service from all the staff was fantastic, all of them had smiles on their faces, always friendly and wanting to help you if we needed something, want to mention Hassem who really looked after us at the relaxing pool. The resort is clean and tidy everywhere you go, the beach area is fantastic, the pool areas are also fantastic accommodating different people some want to relax some want water slides and some want to have a entertaining pool with music and shows. We really enjoyed the à la cart restaurants for evening meals, having very different cuisine’s. I also want to mention a thank you to our house keeping as he did a wonderful job of keeping our room so neat and tidy, with a little bit of fun creating a different animal from towels, as it made us smile, plus it was nice trying to thing what animal he would do the next day. I also want to mention any bars we had a drink from were all happy to help, plus the main restaurant and all the area’s you can have lunch or snacks from were all clean, tidy and the food was delicious. We would totally recommend Sun Rise resorts to anyone and we have done already to family and friends.”

Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious dishes available every day. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the first day. This was our first time staying at Sunrise Hotel, but it definitely won’t be our last. I will happily recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I look forward to coming back again. “I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. Khaled was the manager for the Nora restaurant. The service was 100% from the management and all staff. The buffet system included a wide variety of exceptional food cooked to an exceptional standard. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Assem always cleaned our rooms (1205 and 1206) to an excellent standard and was also very friendly There was a total of 6 pools. You could decide whether you wanted to be in the main pool for entertainment activities and music, a relaxing pool, sliding pool, adults only pool and even a private pool for those who have booked. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again!”
