“Fabulous hotel! Just like all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Istanbul St. Regis did not disappoint. The hotel staff is amazing and provided 5-star world class hospitality. Breakfast and food options are perfect. But what we liked the best about this hotel specifically was the location. We rented a car but never used it. The location is right in the middle of the best neighborhoods for shopping, dining and hanging out and not the touristy area as in old town or closer to old town. And there is a nice public park right across the street which is nice for a morning walk. Another note the beds, pillows and liens were premium quality and we slept the best at this hotel out of any from our two week trip throughout Europe.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at The St. Regis. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always happy to help. When we first checked into our room, we found that the shower wasn't working properly. We mentioned it to the staff, and they handled the situation incredibly well. They apologized, acted quickly, and upgraded us to a much nicer room without any hassle. The upgraded room was beautiful, spacious, and made the rest of our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety and everything tasting fresh and high quality. One of the highlights was the fruit platter, which was beautifully presented with a fantastic selection of fresh fruit. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. What stood out most was how much the staff cared about making sure we had a great experience. They turned a small issue into something positive with their outstanding customer service. We left very impressed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“We had a truly memorable anniversary stay at The St. Regis Istanbul, and it completely exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service was outstanding right from the moment we arrived. Staff immediately met us at the taxi to handle our luggage, and on checkout day, they were equally attentive — insisting on transporting our luggage all the way to the waiting taxi. Throughout our stay, communication with the concierge and front desk via WhatsApp was incredibly quick, easy, and efficient. The hotel itself is stunning. The lobby features beautiful contemporary art, a striking Laurence Jenkell sculpture, elegant orchid displays, and a warm, luxurious ambiance. Our room was impeccable, with a modern marble bathroom and a fantastic rain shower. What really stood out was how warm and personable the entire staff was — from the general team to the friendly team at the breakfast restaurant. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious (the waffles with fresh fruit were a highlight!), and the personal touch that made our anniversary extra special was receiving a beautiful heart-shaped cake with a thoughtful handwritten note from the Butler Team congratulating us. The St. Regis Istanbul delivers five-star luxury with heartfelt, attentive service. “Fabulous stay at St. Regis brand. Stayed as Titanium Elite and got upgrade to St. Regis Suite. Hotel is more like a boutique style and not really huge. Check-in was nice with wet towel and nice welcome drink. Head of Butler’s escorted us to our room and we had a nice conversation about Istanbul, restaurants etc. He arranged everything for us. Room was very nice especially the bathroom. Welcome amenity was absolutely amazing. This location do not do sabrage each night but only on Friday. We got offered 2 complimentary glasses of champagne MUMM intead - FULL glasses, that was nice. SPA is amazing with 3 private pools that you can book. You are offered tea, coffee, water, some small snacking, very nice. Breakfast a la carte only but out of this world - you are served turkish breakfast and then you order a la carte. We asked for prosecco and they said normally they do not serve but they managed to serve us. Only 1 small disappointment was how prices in restaurant menus changes. Pizza at Spago used to cost around 30 EUR few months ago the signature one and now 90 EUR which is absolutely ridiculous and we cancelled our reservation there.”
