“TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarigerme – Fantastic Holiday We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarigerme & honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxed, welcoming and very well organised. The location is beautiful, with a stunning beach, crystal-clear sea and lovely grounds with birds including the peacocks and the lovely cats that add so much character to the venue . The hotel has a family pool and a relax pool (+16) and there is always something going on if you want to get involved, but equally plenty of places where you can simply relax and enjoy the sunshine. The food was excellent, with lots of choice throughout the day and a really good variety of dishes. For the 1st time, we never tired of the buffet restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the different themed evenings and the quality of the food was consistently high. One negative was the À la carte restaurant. The Turkish À la carte- Levante, great view from the roof top bar. The food and service was highly disappointing. Appetizers were good, intermediate and main courses were a huge disappointment. Lack of flavour, the Lentil moussaka was a broth/ stew and not a moussaka!! Head waiter was also a bit rude, lacked general etiquette & customer service. One of the biggest highlights for us was the range of activities. There is so much to do, from watersports and activities around the pool to entertainment in the evenings. We loved going on the banana boat a few times, the view overlooking the crystal blue ocean was stunning and really added something special to the holiday. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to want guests to have a great time. The atmosphere throughout the resort was fantastic. The staff at the Reception, bars, buffet & pool bar restaurants and of course all the cleaning staff too. A special mention goes to Reyhan at the pool bar & buffet restaurant, Tim & Mahsun from the entertainment team. Sumeyye from guest services & Beyzur from reception. Sarigerme itself is also a lovely little village to visit, which gives you the opportunity to experience a bit of local Turkey away from the resort. Fethiye is also a private taxi ride away with visiting on a Tuesday for the market, Paspatur (old town) and the marina. Overall, TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarigerme gave us exactly the holiday we were looking for — beautiful surroundings, great food, brilliant activities, friendly staff and a really relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to families, couples and anyone looking for an active but relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Turkey.”

“I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Melek. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have honestly never met anyone like her in my life. From the moment we arrived, she completely changed our entire experience and because of her, we have had one of the most incredible holidays we’ve ever had. What stood out to me the most is that she is not robotic in the slightest. So many managers in hospitality simply follow scripts or standard procedures, but Melek has genuine critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and an incredible understanding of people. Every single concern, question or situation we had was listened to properly and not once did she ever make us feel dismissed. There was never a problem she couldn’t find a solution to. She is attentive in a way that is so rare to find. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest experience and takes immense pride in what she does. The way she leads her team is phenomenal and as someone who has worked in management myself, I can confidently say she is a perfect example of what true management should look like. Professional, intelligent, calm under pressure, solution focused and deeply caring all at the same time. What also says everything about her character is that I tried to personally thank her with a tip because I genuinely felt so grateful for everything she had done for us, and she completely refused to take it. I wanted her to know how appreciated she was and she still politely declined. In today’s world, that level of integrity is incredibly rare and it honestly left such an impression on me. She is someone with genuine morals and values and that deserves recognition in itself. As for the hotel itself, everything was absolutely magical. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, spotless, organised and so well looked after. The atmosphere is incredible, the staff are wonderful and the food was genuinely amazing every single day. We did not have one bad experience during our stay. Every detail felt thoughtful and well managed. This holiday exceeded every expectation we had and a huge reason for that is Melek. TUI Magic Life is incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing the hotel. She deserves every bit of recognition possible because people like her are exceptionally rare.”

“Out of all the hotel reviews I had read before picking a hotel, TUI MAGIC LIFE Sargierme caught our eyes as one of the best hotels available in an area where the temperature in May would at least have an average of 25 degrees or higher. My review is long as there are so many good things to tell, but hereby my view on the food quality, rooms and hygiene, swimming pool, beach, the activities and staff. Food quality: Excellent, with lots of variety, so it never felt repetitive. Food and drinks are availble 24/7, even for late arrivals and there weren't any queues. We also didn't have any issues with ice cubes in our drinks or while having an ice cream. Cocktails tasted very well, although the alcohol percentage seemed lower than we were used to (which I considered great). I wouldn't call it Michelin-quality, but I can quarantee that you won't be dissapointed. Rooms and Hygiene: The hotel was very clean everywhere and the staff paid close attention to hygiene. The rooms were comfortable, with good air conditioning and almost noise-proof. The shower got warm quickly and had a pleasant water flow. The room with sea-side were very modern and had a lovely view. Only remark to us was that the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking. The swimming pool and beach: When the hotel got fully booked, it still never felt overcrowded. There were always enough sunbeds available, but I do have to say that the adults-only pool filled up quickly on busy windy days. Therefore the beach is a great alternative as it was never noisy, unlike the activity pool. In my opinion the water at the swimmingpool was a bit cold, but do-able. The beach has plenty of sunbeds available and I love the fact that there weren't any rocks in the water. In May the water of the sea has a fine temperature. The activities and staff: Everyone of the staff speaks excellent English and most of them speak German very well. The activities are given by the animation team and we have to say how much they made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you specially to Arzu, Ana, Shanté, Mzambo and Melanie. The people are great, the activities are fun. It made me want to stay longer and have a little tear to leave! I do want to go back already! Last notes: The paid massage is very well and note that mountainbiking can be tough (but still fun). Wi-Fi doens't work in the Gym, so you can't put on a training video and there isn't really something available to help you on a small programme. Lucky the group activities keep me fit. :)”

“​I haven't stayed at the hotel itself, but I regularly visit for kite surfing. ​I really wish they allowed access through the resort grounds so we wouldn't have to use Sarçed—it would make things so much easier. That said, I really enjoy the water sports area. I haven't had the chance to tour or inspect the hotel facilities yet, but if a staff member ever offers a tour, I’d love to share my experience about the resort as well. ​A big thank you to Mr. Erkan from the kite surfing team and Mr. Suat from the sunset catamaran tours—they are both extremely attentive and helpful! 🌊🏄‍♂️”

“We’re at the end of our holidays at this lovely resort. We leave tomorrow, and I wish we’d booked for longer. The beach has crystal-clear water, with wonderful, relaxing views. The food is fantastic. I don’t eat much meat, and I always find fish options and plenty of vegetarian dishes. My family are meat eaters, and they were very happy with all the options. All the staff from the front desk to the waiters, cleaners, bar staff, management, and the entertainment team are amazing! You can see how much work it takes to run a hotel like this, and we’re genuinely impressed by the level of service. The rooms are nice, but not luxurious. We’re staying in a bungalow, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend this type of accommodation if you have mobility issues, as there are lots of steps. That said, we don’t mind as we’re not here to spend our time in the room, but to enjoy the outdoors. The room was cleaned to a great standard every day. A big mention to the entertainment team—especially the lovely and smiley South African lady (Shante). Sorry if I’ve spelled her name incorrectly and to the Argentinian boys! Sorry we won the final 🇪🇸! Enemies on football pero siempre patrias hermanas! We can see how hard they work to keep people happy and engaged. They are wonderful!
